Your privacy is very important to BlackChristainMovies.com (BCM). Please read the following policy so you understand how we use the personal information we ask you to submit. This policy may change without notice, so please check back periodically. If you use any of BCM's services, you agree to the privacy policy and any changes.

Personal Information

When you register for the BCM service, we ask you for personal information including, full name, physical address, telephone number, email address and credit card number so we can ship your order. We use this information to process your orders and to communicate with you about updates, newsletters, messages, order status, announcements, surveys, special offers, and feedback about the BCM's products and services and special promotions we may offer. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. (People under 18 cannot use BCM's services.) Our server stores this information so processing your  monthly subscription and product orders will be quicker and easier.

You may be able to provide BCM with other people's information in order to provide them with gift certificates or subscriptions to BCM's membership. The information collected about other people will be treated in the same manner as set forth herein.

Any information that you submit to us may be published and BCM may post your screen name in connection with the posting. Please be sure that any material you submit, post, upload or transmit via BCM's website protects and does not violate the rights of any person or entity and is compliance with our Terms of Use.

Email Options

When registering for BCM, we subscribe you to our newsletter and email list. This is necessary, because the information about upcoming titles and related news comes to you only via email. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter and mailing list at any time.  Unsubscribing from the email list DOES NOT cancel your membership.

Affiliates & Community Partners

BCM offers an Affiliate program, where affiliate members direct customers to BCM through links on their Web sites. We ask affiliates for their site name (URL), mailing address, primary contact, pay-to address, technical contact, and other site-related information to determine whether a site will be included in our Affiliate Network. None of this information is used for general marketing purposes.

BCM may work with its Affiliates on promotions and special offers. In some instances it may be necessary to share user information related to such offers.

BCM tracks members signed up for BCM's services via an Affiliate and your personal information is kept in a database that is monitored by BCM and the Affiliates.

Cookies

As you browse the BCM site, cookies are placed on your computer's hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive.) Disclosure, Sale, Rental

We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal or identifying information to any unaffiliated third parties without your permission.

We use other Companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to the BCM's operations and maintain BCMs Websites, process credit card transactions, analyze customer interaction and surveys. We also provide postal addresses to the U.S. Post Office for delivery purposes. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have contact with your personal information. By contractual agreement, these companies must treat your information in accordance with this Policy. We will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.

BCM reserves its right to disclose any information as required by law and as necessary to defend BCM's website and the safety of our users.

BCM may change the Privacy Policy at any time without notice. You should check BCM's Privacy Policy periodically for updates to this policy as your use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the changes. The current version will be controlling.
